The Saint Lucia Mission of Seventh-day Adventist will be hosting its Pathfinder Camporee on Friday March 25th-Monday March 28th 2016 under the theme “Courage to Stand.”
The main objective is to bring Pathfinders together in one setting, to participate in activities that they have been doing throughout the year in their local clubs said Youth Ministries Director Pastor Roger Stephen.
Program Co-ordinator Anichia Moise stated that some of the activities include church history, choral speaking, song composition and knot tying, first aid. One of the major highlights would be a talent night to be held on the Saturday night.
The venue for this year’s Camporee is the Saint Lucia S.D.A. Academy & the Eucharist Lewis S.D.A. Primary School.
Stephen said at the end of the camporee, he is looking forward for a richer pathfinder experience and the togetherness among Seventh – day Adventist youth.
The age range for Pathfinders is 10-15 years. Along with Directors and Counselors a total of 400-500 campers are expected.
