Revived For The Harvest

Are you concerned about the direction in which our world is headed? Are you concerned about the state of things in our beautiful Island home? We are. That is why the Prayer and Personal Ministries Departments of the St. Lucia Mission of Seventh-day Adventists have come together to host 40 days of Prayer on behalf of our Island St. Lucia. The sessions will begin on January 2, 2016 and continue daily until February 10, 2016.
2 Chronicles 7:14 reads:
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”
God’s promises are sure. If we turn to Him, He will hear, forgive our sins, and heal our land. How can you be part of it? Sessions will be aired on PrayzFM 98.5 Radio daily from 6 -7 p.m. January 2 – February 10, 2016. You will have an opportunity to call (452 1011) the station and participate, or do so quietly. Seventh-day Adventist Churches will be open for Prayer on a daily basis. Also, if you live near to a member, expect an invitation to attend prayer in their home.
There is also an element of fasting. If you are interested, just find your initials on the schedule below and fast on any or all of the dates they appear.
You can also make your home a prayer center and invite your neighbors to join you. Just select a time that is convenient. Below is a table with Bible passages you can read each day.
Prayer and Fast Objectives:
- To call the membership to revival and reformation
- To call St. Lucia to revival and reformation
- To develop a membership that is passionate about all forms of evangelism
- To get members actively involved in small groups
- To finish the work of preaching the gospel.
Members will fast based on the initials of their Christian names and Surnames. Let’s pray at 7:00 a.m., noon and 7:00 p.m. Let’s unite together in prayer!
